The steel structure of the heating furnace is a frame enclosure structure with siding, which is widely used in the petrochemical industry. At present, there are few researches on this kind of steel structure with siding. For the steel structure of the petrochemical heating furnace, the calculated length coefficient of the frame column and the arrangement of the siding stiffeners are not fully specified in the existing specifications. The seismic performance and failure mechanism of this type of structure also need to be comprehensive and in-depth Experimental research. Through the finite element software ANSYS analysis, the calculation law of the length coefficient of the steel frame column with the siding of the petrochemical heating furnace was obtained, and the siding stiffener was optimized and analyzed. The cyclic loading test and finite element simulation were used to analyze this type of structure. The anti-seismic performance of the structure has been studied in detail, which provides a certain reference basis for the design and engineering application of this type of structure. The main research contents and results are as follows:

(1) A finite element model with siding and a pure frame was established for the frame structure at both ends of an actual engineering heating furnace. The calculated length coefficient of the frame column and the lateral stiffness of the structure were calculated, and petrochemical heating was recommended. The steel structure of the furnace should consider the beneficial effect of the wall panels on the stability of the frame column. The calculated length of the frame column with the wall panel should adopt the method of calculating the length of the frame column without side shifting in the specification, and it is still relatively safe.

(2) A finite element model was established for the three-span lateral edge of the radiation section of an actual petrochemical heating furnace for analysis and calculation, and it was concluded that applying a horizontal concentrated load at the vertex can ideally simulate the deformation of the overall structure under lateral load. , Reasonable stiffener arrangement can effectively control the out-of-plane deformation of the wall panel, ensure the use requirements of the structure under the design load, and the wall panel will not fail before the main structure, and select the commonly used parameters in the petrochemical heating furnace structure to establish a limited The meta-model is optimized and analyzed, and the reasonable layout of the wall stiffeners is determined, which provides a reference for the engineering design.

(3) The optimized full-scale model of the reheating furnace with stiffened siding steel structure was tested under repeated horizontal loads. The failure mode and energy dissipation mechanism of the structure were systematically analyzed, and the hysteretic performance was studied, and the bearing capacity and stiffness were obtained. , Ductility and energy consumption. The results show that: this kind of structure has good ductility and energy dissipation performance; the steel frame and wall panels work well together; the arrangement of stiffeners improves the actual force of the steel plate, increases the bearing capacity and rigidity of the wall, and the hysteresis curve is full and present. "Spindle". The failure mode of the structure is local buckling of the column, cracking of the column foot, local buckling in the stiffening area of ​​the wall panel; plastic hinges are formed at the connection between the beam and the column at the bottom layer.

(4) Using ANSYS finite element software to analyze the mechanical performance of the steel structure of the petrochemical heating furnace with stiffened siding under cyclic loading, and obtain the skeleton curve, hysteresis curve, stress cloud diagram and deformation cloud diagram of the specimen. Then the finite element results and the test results are compared and analyzed. The two are in good agreement. Therefore, it is reasonable and feasible to use ANSYS finite element software to simulate the mechanical performance of the steel structure of the petrochemical heating furnace.
