The preparations before starting the petrochemical heating furnace are as follows:

1. Check whether the petrochemical heating furnace and burner accessories, and the process flow are installed correctly.

2. Check whether the liquid level of the petrochemical heating furnace is normal. It is forbidden to start the furnace without water!

3. Check whether the surface of the petrochemical heating furnace and burner is clean, especially no debris is allowed at the tuyere of the burner.

4. Check the fuel gas pressure: 0.1～0.3MPa.

5. Confirm that the gas shut-off valve and the manual control flow valve are in a completely closed state.

6. Replace the gas pipeline and remove the air in the pipeline.
